How Artane Partners Handles Candidate Data and Account Security

The single most important thing to know: Artane Partners will never ask you for your LinkedIn password, or for access to any personal account. Not during recruitment, not during onboarding, not ever.

We want every candidate, team member and counterparty to be completely clear on how we handle personal data and account security. This page sets out our policy plainly, and explains how to recognise a genuine communication from us.

Our commitments to candidates

If any message, form or person ever asks you to do one of these things in our name, treat it as illegitimate, stop, and contact us directly through artanepartners.com to confirm.

How outbound and onboarding actually work

Where members of our team use professional outreach tools to support their business development, they connect their own accounts themselves, through each tool's official and secure login. Credentials are not shared with the firm. Maintaining a clean, professional LinkedIn presence is something we encourage, but it is always done by the individual, on their own account, under their own control.

What data we collect, and why

During recruitment we collect only what is needed to assess and contact an applicant - typically your name, contact details, CV and the information you choose to provide. We use it to evaluate your application and communicate with you, and we do not sell it.

How to recognise a genuine message from us

If you ever have a concern about a message that claims to be from Artane Partners, you can verify us independently using our verification page, read our credentials, or learn more about spotting bad actors in our guide to recognising capital-raising and job-offer scams. We would always rather you checked.
